  1. I'm watching TGO on my PC screen. The wifey is watching repeats of Game of Thrones.   She is addicted to it.
  2. I like revolvers in 9mm. I own 2 of them. Not sure that huge monstrosity would be on my buy list.   A 10lb da trigger? And a ported barrel?   If as mentioned in the article, it's meant for competition...meh, maybe. Otherwise will be a very expensive range toy.
  3. Good comments. Let us know how it works out for you. I've been wanting to look for a spotting scope as well. It can be daunting, to say the least.
  4. Just to confuse the issue...if you like Sigs, how about the RCS?
  5. Hmmmm. I think I could use one of these. I won't comment or nor show any of my work on inexpensive knives. It's far too embarrassing.
  6.   I like it.   You know that there are many people who would fall for that.
  7.   That's similar to what a neighbor has told me. I need to get to them. But getting into the service center at Metro Center is awful.
  8. I do have Comcast service. I've had no service issues, but do agree that the cost factor is getting to be too much. But with the combined internet service, I don't see the benefits of switching to something else for movies and tv. Our physical location doesn't work well for Dis/Direct, and I detest AT&T. Just as soon as I can get my wife on board, we will no longer have a land line.
  9. Awesome. Was great when Bella went to the monitor(?) as if to call you. Our 4-legged companions are great.
  10.   MM is right. Freidman's has been a waste for several years.   The Clarksville route is probably the best way to go. A lot more driving, but more selection available to you.
  11. Who are you and where are you located?
  12. That is a really nice tie! I can't wait to hear about the conversations it will start.
  13. Yes, I'd heard Toby say some similar things in interviews that led me to see that he has mixed feelings at best. But at least he doesn't make a complete ass of himself as a certain country girl group did of themselves several years ago.
  14. :stunned:  :stunned:
  15. $10? Darned if I can get out of any bookstore at a figure near that!
  16. No fit words.
  17. Nice. Does anyone know if Barnes and Noble is still open near Vanderbuilt?
  18. Crap. Well, I guess I better mount it and find out if it has similar issues.   Thanks.
  19. Not a bad idea. sir. I think I'll order a couple. Can't ever have enough emergency lights around.
  20. That's an awesome shirt! I'll try tomorrow and see if they have it in gargantuan size.

    Glock 42

   Love that, Joe.    But I do agree with you, I've looked at the 36 several times; but just can't see enough difference to make me get it over my 30.   And Yes, I got too damn many Glocks! I blame that on Steelharp and The Rabbi.
  22.   Was that the CP1 you sent back? I got one that I haven't mounted yet. Seems ok just playing around with it.
  23. Is it, the flashlight, really that bright? I've got a couple of Cree type from Costco that are rated in the 500 lumen range and they will darn near blind you.

    Glock 42

I didn't think the trigger was that bad. Maybe it's not a Glock fast-action trigger, but it's better than a Khar.
  25. Had about 10-15 in Hendersonville. Same thing. 29 bucks each. They did have some 45 though. A couple of WWB, and some Federal. But using great restraint...I left them for someone else.
