    W's Christmas

    Way to go!!  Great gift!
  5. Another making the rounds is the email claiming to be from Target wanting info to help in stopping your debit/cc card from being used by anyone else.
  6. I'm with you Joe, I'd like the commander size as well. Don't know for sure, but I believe the guns were sold as a kit containing both barrels. At least the 2 I've seen were.
  7. Just saw this, Dolomite. My prayers for your companion.
  8. Longhorn "Flo's Fillet" salad, baked potatoes, steamed broccoli, rolls, and a yummy egg custard pie.   Yes, it's takeout.   Traditional dinner with inlaws tomorrow.
  9.   Well said, Eric.   And a Merry Christmas to you and your gf, and of course the Husky(s).
  10.   Not a legit source, but with Cracker Barrel backing off, Twitter reinstating the site defending "Duck", and a blurb or two on several newscasts; I think A&E will begin to see what a can of worms they opened.
  11. Merry Christmas to another S&W revolver guy!
  12. Thank You, Major. My Best Wishes for you and your family. And as always, Thank You for your Service to our country.   Merry Christmas.
  13. As an added bonus...the quote function is working for me again as well. Thank you, David. And wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family.
  14. Naw...the grips too small for the gorillas Garufa.  I think the Rhino would be a better fit for the chimpanzees.
  15. Supposedly from Winston-Salem area.   That's just a tad off...I was raised about 80 miles east of Nashville.
  16. Thanks for posting this. I've been thinking about a messenger style bag lately, and the TIMBUK2 is interesting...but I'm cheap. Looking for a lower cost item. I rarely use one, but have been thinking it would be good walking the gun show isles with one.
  17. Preferably on a slow, smelly, leaky, rat infested, North Korean freighter.
  18. Yes, it wasn't bad. But the storyline wasn't one that could go for very long. Not the sort of situation that could, nor would be left alone in reality.  But we are talking tv here...so anything, no matter how implausible, could be drawn out.
  19. Garand if it's in real good condition. From the description of the 2 safes though, I'd be real tempted to go for those. Try and offer a little lower for both safes. Can't hurt to try.
  20. And a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year right back at you....and all.
  21. Sadly, this is the new reality. At least for the foreseeable future.   No, I don't like nor agree with it, but the alternative seems to be constantly stopping in and checking for ammo; or hoping that the online sellers have some reasonably priced.
  22. Couldn't we get Charlie to run for President?   On second thought...I doubt he would attempt it. Charlie has too much intelligence and common sense to try.
  23. Dang!! Quote not working!   In response to monkeylizard's post #11....   Not me. I didn't watch Big Love, and don't think I could stand watching a show about a guy with 5 wives.   Watching a guy with 5 wives....maybe.
  24. Yeah, some of these shows have just gone overboard in the insanity department. What won't we watch? Saw an ad for Swamp Pawn last night. SWAMP PAWN??   How many pawn shows is that? And do we need another storage locker selling show?   Or another Steven Segal: The Lost Season?   And Naked and Alone?   I'm almost afraid to see what's coming next.   Sorry...went from mild sarcasm to rant there.
  25. Don't say it!!!   How could you actually think some of these so-called "reality shows" might not be on the up and up???   Why...next you'll be saying that all these singers never lip-sync.
