  1. Dave, I see your point, but in my ample gut, I disagree with you. I think the Airline industry is jut the tip of the iceberg. Business's can and probably will, restrict access to entry. That's already being mentioned. Even hear comments of forced mask wearing to go outside. I can see someone saying I'd need a "proof" to do that coming. That borders on worry for me. I may, probably won't, take a vaccine injection. Medical and personal views enter into my decision. I'll observe all "protocols" required of me. I have so far, and don't see an alternative to it. But being told/forced to take an injection against my will. No. I can stay at home and have everything delivered. At least until I'm told it's too unsafe for a delivery person to walk to thru my yard to my door. You know, breathing the same air Is I might have. I have some family about 80 miles to the east. They literally have not gone outside their home since last January. Husband, Wife, and husband's Mother. They have had food delivered ever since. Require delivery person to have mask on, set packages on the porch, from the ground, not to step on or touch it. This man, my cousin to the specific, goes out and sprays EVERYTHING with a disinfectant before bringing it inside. Once inside, the same procedure for each package before opening or storing it. No one, I repeat, No One, family or otherwise is allowed in the home. They do have phone service, and calls can and are being made to them. Paranoid? Maybe. Being diligent in safety, ever overzealous. Maybe. But it is his/their choice. Not completely sure I agree. But their lives. Their choice.
  2. I don't have an issue with anything you've brought up in this. It's extremely thought provoking, but at the same time, so ambiguous as to border on whimsical. We have enough to worry about these days without ads taken out to drive a purpose that most people don't understand. Like me. I'm so confused these days I really don't want to get out of the house. It's almost too stressing having to keep the mask fears, the vaccine fears, the Biden/Kamala fears, and all the other daily issues in our lives to breathe. Then I go to a gun shop to relax.
  3. I echo all that has been previously said, GT. Love your "work". Your art. Your hobby. Whatever you want to call it. I've had to pass on, or just missed, some of your recent work. But I still have this bowie knife on my mind. I see the shorter bowie blades around 7/8 inches, with handles in the 5 inch range. For some reason, I envision a slightly larger version. Something approaching a 10 inch blade(I actually thought of a 12 inch, but not sure I could lift the sucker!). Yes, I know this would truly be a beast of a blade, but that's what almost always comes to mind. I intend to do some research on size, blade and total length. Then get with you and see what you think. Oh, and jsut to make things really bizarre, the blade would be like the last bowie you offered here. That heavy, thick blade was just awesome! Ok, I'll keep threatening you with my thoughts on it. I'd like to do it soon. Like maybe before we are all broke and Armageddon arrives. A few other reasons as well. I sort of see this as a tribute to my brother-in-law. Tad always like big knives and Bowies in particular.
  4. For some reason...Jean-Claude van Damme popped into my mind here. Am I getting a bit "off"?
  5. Well...I don't think "interesting " is exactly the right word for it. Islamists have long term plans and memories. Fear tactics are a standard for them.
  6. Very hard to watch, and not feel animosity towards FBI and media's talking heads. So right, Eric.
  7. Welcome, sir!
  8. Well, all this is very interesting. I've been thinking of the 45 pistol or rifles. Thanks for the comments.
  9. Thanks for the comment. I suspected some sort of weapon of that type, but not really a good enough view for me to id.
  10. OK, I'm a little dense this morning. What is it that I'm supposed to glean from these twitter posts from S McG? All I see, and possibly understand, is the video of the time just before, during, and after the explosion.
  11. While watch some of the video today, my wife mentioned the historic aspect of the buildings and how she hoped they could be repaired and saved. I proposed that with the damages shown, it would be a very good possibility that they might just be torn down. I know, I'm not a structural engineer, and it's only another "what if" conspiracy theory; but as Peace said...that riverfront property is an absolute gold mine just waiting to be dug up. Wouldn't Cooper and his buddies just be heartbroken if such a thing were to happen?
  12. Ok, I see the Thompson...but what's that on his back?
  13. Don't say that too loud. Having anything on Hillary could be dangerous to your health! I think it's safe to say that all bets are off on this or anything else that makes the news anymore. About anything can and will be said on any topic. Just choose sides and run with it. Hey! I think I just figured out the method of news broadcasting these days.
  14. My late brother-in-law(it's only been 6 months, so I keep referring to him this way), had a Detonics for a range trip one time. I vaguely remember shooting it and it must have been good, I tried to buy it from him. No idea what ever happened to it.
  15. Well...more fuel to the flames of conspiracy. I had a friend send me a message on FB Messenger. Reported to be a tweet/retweet from Edward Jones. It mentioned that ATT possibly had been given the contract for the forensic analysis of the Dominion Voting Machices. Possibly some were here in this building?
  16. Congrats!! That brings back memories of reading Jerry Ahern's The Survivalist Books. Always loved that that Double Alessi Rig with the Twin Detonics Combat Masters!
  17. David, this is pretty much exactly what I said to my wife this morning. The whole scenerio just doesn't add up. I was telling Susan that it did seem like an ex ATT person with a little explosives knowledge. Just enough to do a lot of damage to the entire area. Seemed to me that a major portion of the blast went up and outward, not like a Shaped charge. Had it been better planned, I think that ATT switching building might have been leveled. As it is now, that still could have been successful attack. Looks like some pretty serious damage to the lower floors of the building. Not trying to steal your comments, David. I just am in total agreement with your assessment of the situation.
  18. Keep getting these Primary Arms emails for Foxtrot Mike products. A few interest me, but I have no knowledge of the company or the products. What say you?
  19. Been out all day, and saw that email a hour or so ago. Wow! I think I sold that case of PMC too cheap! lol If this keeps up, I might break out some 124 Gr. Winchester! That ought to bring 1.2+ a round! lol! Not likely though. Not from me.
  20. Wow. I know people in the White House area that are cursing you guys right now. lol A young friend of ours and her kids have been wanting snow for the past month. Guess they will just have to wait. Edit Well, just looked out here in East Nasty and the ground has a dusting, and still coming down. Might see some after all.
  21. So is having enough money to enjoy that life.
  22. Pardon my lack of knowledge here. But as I understand this trigger assembly, it functions as an assisted short reset trigger? In the video, at around the 29 second mark, it appears to me that the movement of the trigger rearward to fire is greatly shortened. But a very brief view of actual firing and being able to watch the trigger. Is that what you see? Just what I thought I saw anyway. Opinions?
  23. I think my attraction to the pistol form comes from shooting with my late brother-in-law. He was always tinkering with them and I sort of fell into it. Lol. We each have our weaknesses I suppose.
  24. M-Pro 7? Not familiar with it. I'll check it out. Thanks.
  25. Sort of what I'm thinking. But I just reallllllly hate verifying what they may already know. Which is why after thinking on it a bit, I decided not to post on the Letter. As someone said, just made a nice starting point for collections. I'm sort of thinking this, if I have to SBR; why arm brace? Just put a stock on and be done. If, and when, I'll have to decide on which and what to keep
