Have a particular fav or recommendation?

Are they the Patriot Power Cell? That's what I was specifically interested in. How long do they hold a charge?

Thanks. That's one comment I'd trust. Very skeptical of all the glowing comments on the ad site.

Opinions on buying Holsters, Ammo Cans and Rifle Cases
hipower replied to NwoSlave's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
This is what I do as well. If you really want to get "uptown" in storage, check Amazon for some foam inserts for ammo cans that are precut to hold mags in place. I've got some of 9mm and 556 both. And for real slick storage, you can get some nice molded plastic cans for them as well. Either method will work.- 16 replies

Looking for an opinion and any feedback form purchasers on this product. I keep seeing them advertised and the thought of a backup power supply is interesting. What do you guys know or think of this.

No. Rivergate store is practically owned by a small group that's there almost every morning. Stopped fighting them and just stay home.

TARGET RUN!!!

Maybe. Supposedly. Some anyway.

Yes, Please. I'll back you! Foreign JUNK? You mean like Walther, Sig, H&K, CZ, Glock, Beretta (yeah the last two do have manufacturing/assembly facilities here), Canik, IWI/IMI, those darn AK rifles, and all the others I can't name at the moment?

Yes, from my understanding, Clarksville is the closest location to middle TN, and the only one as well.

My second hand source here in Nashville are the Southern Thrift stores. It's always a hit or miss thing. some days you find something good in your size. Others not. I've gotten 2 pair of Faded Glory jeans recently there. These were in very good condition. Good fit and very comfy. Plus they are long enough. A 32 length for a 42/44 waist is hard to find. Got them on a half price day...9 bucks for both.

Have you really looked at the average TGO member? I mean really, that's cruel.

Not familiar with them, but I rarely go to Academy. I will check them out.

Sam's Members Mark. 14/15 bucks each.

Why...that's just positively...un-American!

Unfortunately...my Mini Mags are virtually nil.

I've given a few boxes to guys that I've sold a 22 pistol recently, but not entertaining (yet) selling any. I have far more 22 than any of my other calibers, but...holding on as well. Might well be that my revolvers and maybe a Henry be all allowed to keep. Pessimistic today. Listened to too much bs from the left talkers.

TAKE MY MONEY!!!

Spoken like a true Car Salesman!!! lol Rabbi would be proud! Hey...I'm sorta, kinda, in the biz. Have some money in a family note lot. No real profit these days, but I hope to get a nice used pickup for my investment.

To me, they feel like the old Kel-tec PF9. I owned one of them for a very short while. It was brutal to shoot. I ran one mag and sold it as fast as I could. jmo Hopefully the SKYY will be better.

Good SHTF Survival Fiction Books

Yes. Prices have gone totally insane on books. Paperbacks especially. I've been hitting estate sales recently with my wife. I've been giving $1 or less for HB and PB on final days of sales. No one wants to haul heavy books around. lol I've gotten everything from Clive Cussler, John Grisham. Dean Koontz, and Stephen Coonts; to hard core syfy. About anything you can name. I'm sure I've brought home close to 200 books in the last 2 years. Downside is that they take up so much room. -

I've been really lucky(?) in finding first edition copies of both the Ashes and the Survivalist series books on E-bay and thru thriftbooks that are in pretty good condition for 30+ year old paperbacks. -
I saw one(Yes it was a verified DVG-1. I was actually waiting to grab it.) in the hands of a person that had absolutely no business buying one Saturday. Yes, that's a very harsh statement to make. But after about 15 minutes of hold and waving it around, then buying it, paying 40 bucks for a box of 115 gr; the lady tried to load it in the shop so she could put in her purse before going outside. You had to be there! I didn't know whether to laugh, cry, or just run away from her. I'll be interest in hearing the sales figures for 1/1 thru 1/20. It should be record breaking.
