I'm all alone with the dogs here. The wife went to Colombia (her home country) to see family. Last year this time I was down there and man we partied. It was a blast. Too much going on for me to go this year. Tonight I Think I'll build a fire. Still got half a bottle of Gent. Jack from Christmas. Maybe later on I'll step out back and fire the Mosin some.
Feedin babies all nite here...milk party at my place...eqy2uda4.jpg
Twins!!! They are beautiful!! Ours are 6yrs old. I remember those days! After feeding, the wife and I would prop our knees up as we lay in bed and cradle them -facing us on our legs. They were propped up and so were we. We cherished every sleeping second second of those post-feeding catnaps.... and those sweet, innocent, beauties sleeping right in front of us. Hang in there!! Y have some gorgeous kids! Us. ... Hanging at the house.. I heard someone today raving about how Nashville was "like New York" with all of the downtown stuff going on.... All I could think is,.. Good for all the folks that want to be there... I can't wait to settle down with the wife and kids! "Turbo" is on the TV and we are laughing the night away.

We are in tonight as well. Although we didnt plan it that way. Me and my wife had originally planned to go to the billiards club here in Chattanooga to ring in the new year, but our daughter had other plans. Her grandparents came to pick her up so she could spend the night with them. They went to leave and our daughter started crying saying she wanted to stay home. We dont force her to stay with them if she doesn't want to, because we fear that will just make it worse to where she never wants to go over there. So here we are at the house watching the ball drop on tv. A few rounds of j.d. tennessee honey will be had.

Since the wife has crapped out and went to sleep I'm going to drag out an old CD of Sid Meiers Civilization and try to rule the world in a short game!!!

Will step outside and listen to all those lucky enough to live out in the "county" shooting at the moon at midnight.

I didn't get any pictures during the stargazing b/c I didn't want to bother the others with the flash.

Here's the group of us that hiked the ridge this year at the summit right before midnight.
