I agree with you...except for that last part. Just not a Beretta person. I just can't seem to like them enough to keep one. I've owned several, but they always leave me from lack of use. The only one I've kept is a Desert Storm Commemorative.

Thanks for the link, buddy. I don't like the made in China part. But in reading some of the reviews, I noticed a comment about a wider rubber sealing gasket on them. I'll have to check that out. That might be good for a little idea I have.

The Gun Crew in Old Hickory does Transfers. I've used them for my last few. Reece and Brandon are great people.

I'm on the last(?) book of a 7 book series, Extinction, by Nicholas Sansbury Smith. It's a biologically induced, mass population killing--changing into monster forms, type of book. Characters are good, a few are well developed, some just there, if you understand what I'm trying to say here. The story, and the books, move it a frenetic pace. Rarely giving the characters, or the reader, time to take a break. Overall, the series has been entertaining and readable, not tremendously good. I would give it a 3.5 on a 5 scale.

Pro...it's a glock. Can use full size mags in it. Easily resalable if not liked. Con...kinda wide for my taste with the double stack mag. And it's a Glock.

Yes, the vibe you get from voice contact is important, at least to me. Lets us get a feel for the person that emails and texts do not. I know it's no guarantee of safety, nor quality of person, but it helps.
