Ya know, she once was a pretty little thing!

Been in that spot. Got caught cleaning pistols on the kitchen table. It was the Hoppes 9 that gave me away.

I don't own one, sadly, but do like the looks of the new PSAK's. Shot one and it's pretty much like shooting my old WASR10.
-
Yes. Watching them all next!

WOW!

Looks very good brother! But does your wife know you laid that possibly oily thing on such a nice quilt?

I'm a wee bit over that Pass/No Pass limit right now. Does that mean I can qualify now?

Your Dad's '94 is Great!! However...that 9422 Legacy is my pick. Clean, classic lines. and in 22Mag! Awesome!

Yes, I saw that on Fox after leaving my favorite place last night. Maybe I need to spend less time here....NAH!

I'm slow on the uptake buddy. lol Been a little preoccupied of late, but that's no excuse for missing out on this wonderous acquisition to your "collection." Congratulations!

New tonight(Channel 5?) reported crime stats way up in Donelson Area. A cop was shot at while answering a call recently it said. And woman killed there very recently also. Times they are a changing guys and gals. Be diligent. Be alert. Be armed.

2000? I do applaud your choice of use though.

Some years back, after we had to put down our Chow, my wife went hunting for a new companion for me. She visited the shelters and picked up several. Then one licked her face and peed on her sweater. That was it. She had claimed my wife. Molly came home with her that afternoon and has been with us for 12 years now. They all do this...but Molly has eaten her way into my life and heart like none of our others have. Lying at my feet right now. No greater love on this earth than that of a dog.

Damn...I hate when you make sense! I actually do agree with you.

Wasn't quite that way. lol I got it in a trade and was lukewarm on it at the time. Just one of my many mistakes.

I must confess to 2 transgressions of the Sacred Gun Rituals. 1) I really didn't know what I had. 2) I never even shot it.

As a dyed in the wool, hardcore, Southern, Tennessee Redneck...I Should find this offensive. Alas it's too funny not to laugh!

VERY, VERY sadly I have to agree with what you said. I don't want to, but the average dem, young and old, seems only to parrot what they hear from their "gods." These people are hearing exactly what's being told to them...they just can't seem to understand what it means. What will happen to them and to the nation as whole. I'm very much a simpleton in the education and life experience areas, but I can see and hear what is plainly said to the nation. It does not foretell of wine and roses for us. In fact, more likely bread and water for the non-political elites and the un-connected.

Yes, 22 revolvers are great. I've kept a couple of Dad's and have added a few to my small pile. Sadly, a 617 has eluded me. I just was never willing to pay the prices they seem to command. Fujmo, I had a Trailside pass thru my hands in the early 2000s. I really didn't grasp what it was at the time. Took it to several local gun shows(Remember them? lol) before selling it for around 300, iirc. The buyer was pretty happy as he walked away. lol

All of the above! I'm a big 22 fan, especially the pistols. Have several Ruger 22/45s, a very nice MKIII Hunter, an M&P 22, and aG22 frame with an AA kit on it. But for the stupid AA mags, it would be my absolute favorite. They are second only to the Sig/ATI mags for being a pain to load. For reliability the G22/AA has been the best. Closely followed by the Ruger 22/45 and the M&P. For just plain fun, and for teaching/learning, I don't think you can beat a good 22. And the key to a good 22 is finding the ammo it shoots best with. That can be a chore, especially nowadays.
