(She's now safe at home) My 14-year-old daughter is missing

Recommended Posts

She was last seen at 2:30 p.m. Police were called immediately. They came to the house about 4:30 p.m. to make a report. They came back to the house about 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Runaway report made about midnight.

. . . She was last seen leaving the school on foot with a boy from school. He claims to know nothing. . . .

I imagine that you have reported the boy to the police. I imagine the police would certainly challenge his lack of knowledge . . .

Here's the link to the TBI involving missing children. I imagine the local police, your partners in this situation, have already reached out . . .

Here also the link to the Springfield Police:

Standing by for official missing children information from you or the police. I imagine all of us would be willing to spread it far and wide . . .

Yes. I have covered every inch of Springfield, knocking on doors of places she may be. The police have been doing the same thing, as far as know.

Have the police did the " a child is missing alert "  yet ? We do that here when an eldery person , yoing child , mentally handicapped person or  child that is missing when they are not suspected of being a runaway where things ,may seem out of the ordinary . It is an automated system where A phone call , text and email is sent out witnin a certain mile radius to all residents and buisneses about the childs name and desription. This along with a BOLO from NCIC.

If she had a phone with her , contact the phone company and see if they can find her last location of the phones signal. We can also do that if it meets certain criteria but the parent can always call and get it done with the phone company since the parent owns the phone.

if she has a phone, check the phone records as of yesterday, especially if there's been any calls made. Google has a tool that will let you get a  really close approximate location, except you need to know the email address and password for the google account, which I'm sure you can get a hold of them and work it out..
