Just what exactly does "on the EE" mean?

Recommended Posts

This is probably an elementary school level question, but it's been perplexing me for sometime.  Lurking on some of the other gun sites, I sometimes read something is for sale or available "on the EE."

So, as my topic title says, just what exactly does it mean?

Just looked at it on AR15.com, and yeah, that's how they list their equivalent of our Trading Post.  Since I only go to that site, and others through a Google search, makes sense that I would miss that bit of knowledge.

Thanks guys.

EE.....extremely expensive......have you seen the prices some people want for used and abused crap on ARFCOM?

But is was all thrown together with great difficulty and skill in mom's basement.

Lol! This thread reminds me of talking to my Mom. Half the time you think she's making a joke when she really doesn't have a clue, and the other half of the time she's five steps ahead and the joke's on you!

Regardless, keep it up to both the modern-day literate folks as well as the left-behind and clueless! ;-)

I'm going to have to start using Ebonics. Say, what do you get when you mix Snoop Dog and the weather? Fodrizzle.

You got the joke all wrong. It's:
Why does Snoop Dog carry an umbrella?
Fo drizzle

There, it makes more sense

What does their EE have to do with toilet paper?

There's an inside joke one that topic for me personally....

I'm a mechanical engineer.  As you might guess, there's a bit of rivalry between the various disciplines within engineering.  There is a bathroom in the basement of the ME building at school.  There was a note written over the toilet paper dispenser in one of the stalls that read "EE degree.  Free, take one."   So anytime we were working and needed a potty break, the term was "I'm gonna go get my EE degree."

So there's your nerdy toilet humor for the day.
