If Obama gives the order to launch missiles against Syria without Congressional approval I would hope our Military leaders and troops will stand down and refuse. If he tries he should be impeached. We have nothing to gain by lobbing missiles into Syria. It’s reckless and inhumane.9 points

Checkpoints bad. Citizens do have the RIGHT, maybe not on paper but it's damn sure is a natural right, to carry on their lives and go about from to and fro without government intervention and checking out said peoples "just to make sure they're not doing anything bad". Why is is thread still lingering?4 points

Couple of my friends and I decided to make the drive to Georgia last week and visit as many of the film locations we could find. We managed to see a bunch of them. Some of the locations are off limits like the farm house which is privately owned, the prison is actually a studio set and the rock quarry is owned by the city of Atlanta and is posted. Other than that we seen a bunch. It's cool cause some of the locations are far apart but seem like they are just around the corner on the series and some are really close but seem far away in the series. We did visit "Woodbury" which is actually Senoia, GA. It was pretty fun driving the back roads of Georgia looking for these places. They have an app called GA walking dead tours and it's a do it yourself help guide. The town of Senoia is actually home to a bunch of different films and TV shows. We plan on going back soon and finding the new season locations and some we missed. In these pics I took a pic and combined it with either the scene pic from the movie or a pic that represents what it is. If you have seen the show you will know most of them. http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377955205429_zps97ecbaa4.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377996529299_zps84621ee0.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377996456966_zps8379e9a7.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377996415678_zps4b4cb508.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377996415678_zpsdfdf0546.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377995812996_zps596ec840.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377995656880_zpsfa6ea842.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377995415753_zps2bf9382e.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377994637659_zpsf5ea872a.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377994423355_zpsd0c92b2e.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377994143389_zps71d91692.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377990001880_zps9554e65d.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377982982894_zpse4ce0c9c.jpg http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/bean962/PhotoGrid_1377982935360_zpsa5e4cc7c.jpg3 points

What's going on in Syria is none of our business. Stay out, and stay to our self. The answer to china is to ban their goods from sale in the US. That'll fix their sorry azes! Dave3 points

It really is a very simple reason. I knew. I knew pretty early on that she was going to be with me for as long as I drew a breath and that I would make sure to spend as long as I can with her. It is a hard feeling to describe but you just know that is the person. The one person that raises you blood pressure and gives you butterflies. That is the person who you are willing to share everything with, the good, the bad, the funny and the sad. That feeling is when all you do is watch the clock waiting for the next time you can see them. Or willing to risk everything to be able to see them again. You know that is the one when you are dreading when you do have to leave but exited that you will get to see them again. Or spending hours on the phone talking about everything or nothing. The one person that makes you, above all else, happy. I honestly believe most people don't get that feeling and just end up settling but I can guarantee you I didn't. My wife was, and still is, someone who gives me goosebumps and butterflies. She still excites me like she did 20+ years ago. And I still look at her the same way I did long ago. And that is because that feeling that told me she was the one 20+ years ago is still as strong and still saying she is the one, the one for me. Oh yea, and it was also the boobies:)3 points

On a golf tour in Ireland, Phil Mickelson drives his Mercedes into a Petrol Station in a remote part of the Irish countryside. The pump attendant, obviously knows nothing about golf, greets him in a typical Irish manner completely unaware of who the golfing pro is. "Top of the mornin to yer, sir," says the attendant. Phil nods a quick "hello" and bends forward to pick up the nozzle. As he does so, two tees fall out of his shirt pocket onto the ground. "What are those," asks the attendant," They're called tees," replies Phil. "Well, what on God's earth are dey for?" inquires the Irishman. "They're for resting my balls on when I'm driving," says Phil. "Jaysus," says the Irishman, "Mercedes thinks of everything!"2 points

Been divorced over a year and feeling quite lonely. Got down on my knees and started praying, asking for a soul mate. Three to four minutes later, the phone rings and it's this women saying she can't stop thinking about me. Been together almost twenty seven years. Works much better when you let HIM do the choosing for you. It is also evident that God has a great sense of humor.2 points

A hooded robber burst into a Minnesota bank and forced the tellers to load a sack full of cash. On his way out the door, a brave Minnesota customer grabbed the hood and pulled it off, revealing the robbers face. The robber shot the customer without a moments hesitation. He then looked around the bank and noticed one of the tellers looking straight at him. The robber instantly shot him also.... Everyone in the bank, by now very scared, looked intently down at the floor in silence. The robber yelled, "Well, did anyone else see my face?" There are a few moments of utter silence in which everyone was plainly too afraid to speak. Then, one old Norwegian named Ole from Minnesota tentatively raised his hand and said, "My wife got a pretty good look at you."2 points

Yep, we've gone through the same thing. Guy got a deferred sentence, nothing on his record. The law don't care. Right and wrong can be ambiguous on paper. It may be easy to point out what's right or wrong based on sets of rules within our society, but what is truly right or wrong is something experienced in your conscience. I don't care what anyone says, it ain't right to put that dog back where it was and I won't be party to it. He deserves a loving family.2 points

I think it was love at second sight. Regardless, we've been married for 24 years and have 3 kids together. She keeps me in line when I need it, doesn't take a lot of crap off me and isn't a drama queen. She's a dang good carpenter, can do plumbing, paint, hang wallpaper and put down all kinds of flooring, and loves doing all of it. I hate doing all of that! She hates to cook, and I love it! We balance each other out and treat each other as equals. She's my soul mate and life would be a whole lot dimmer without her!2 points

I was set up with my wife on kind of a blind date. Told her I was glad I had met her, but I did not want a relationship. Got to know her a little better and realized she was one of the most caring and selfless persons I had ever met, not to mention I did, and still do, find her attractive. She stuck with me through school, even though I had no time for her or anyone else. One day, I finally realized that I did't think I could ever get through life without her. She is the only person I could ever see growing old with or having children together, so I decided I should keep her around. I love her more everyday, and every morning when I leave her, I look forward to getting home to see her that evening. I know people bitch and moan about marriage all the time, but I will say that mine is great. I love my wife.2 points

Y'all seen this nonsense? Walmart workers are trying to strike with intentions of Unionizing. I've got no love for Walmart but they should fire EVERY single one of them and send a message. If you don't like the condition of you employment....quit! Instead we will see more communist BS and Walmart will suffer the cancerous tumor that is unionized labor. I hope for walmarts sake, they cut this off before it becomes malignant.1 point

So I was rolling down Almaville Rd this evening. I saw a vehicle speeding up to merge speed with it's blinker on. I eased back to let him/her in and is they finished lining the vehicle between the lines, I looked on the back window and saw this nice sticker.....TGO bullet holes!!! :usa: First time I've seen one while out driving, so it put a big ole smile on my face. Gonna have to get a couple for my trucks now.1 point

No, you know me, I'm for a smaller .gov than you and that would include zero checkpoints, licenses for private purposes or permits. I get that you are down with the nanny state that keeps you safe from bad things. Wait till the majority decides guns are bad things. Funny thing about rights is if you don't defend them equally, they fall together.1 point

I'm not saying the Ka-bar is a bad blade. It's my thread :). I'm tickled with it. Just saying that the new one is better. Longer, pointier, and thicker blade stock. Yep. The serrations suck.1 point

Kabar USMC? Not for best all around utility or ultimate abuse, no. It's a fighting knife design first, and utility knife second. I'd choose several others first myself, like KaBar/Becker BK2, BK7, or BK9. Or several others. Even a $20 Cold Steel GI Tanto will withstand more pure abuse, if you want something that just isn't gonna break no matter what. - OS1 point

Well, I let my conscience get the better of me and contacted the owner to investigate further to make sure that there aren't some kind of extenuating circumstances which would explain the totality of evidence leading to a determination of the owner's sh**baggerry. It is confirmed; these people are neglectful and awful people. I don't have time to type it all out, so I'll just say that my suspicion was correct. I can not in good conscience let this dog back into this environment, so the decision is final.1 point

If the cowards in charge of the Republican Party in TN would close the Primaries as most States do, we could cure this problem. As it is, we will never have a true Conservative in the Governors Mansion, or, as our federal Senator again, unless Putin strikes Knoxville, Nashville and Memphis over this Syria thing...1 point

Sorry Mike but there is something wrong with that. If they don't like the pay rate, benefits, hours, etc, move on. Free country. Unions suck companies dry, decrease productivity and lower quality. Period. If any worker has a serious issue of safety or other non money grab issue, there are any number of attorneys or state and fed agencies ready to swoop in and protect them. Their time has passed.1 point
