  1. I'm guilty of using inferior driver bits and mediocre hex tools, but I do own what I'd consider a good set of punches. Grace-USA makes them. They're the same folks that make those wood handled screwdrivers w/ the silver sleeve on the shaft that I bet we all saw in our dad's or grandpa's tool box growing up. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007WADKN0/

  2. P08 Luger 1939 4 digit dated marked military luger. Luger is a 1939 Mauser (42), great condition. At least 90% original finish left, this isn't a rebluded one. Luger is mistmatched, only mismatch part is the toggle train but the toogle train completely matches(16) and is a Mauser commerical banner toggle as well. Be a great shooter/collector piece if you plan on matching it. Follow the link for more pics of all the parts, etc. $1650 1500. No Trades https://imgur.com/a/bjMGK2k

  3. Been thinking for a long time it would be fun to have a pistol in 5.7x28 . So when. Palmetto State had the “blemish “ 5.7 Rock on sale for $399 I decided to jump in. I handled the Smith version but hated the grip feel and then the Ruger which was nice but went with the Rock because of the price. It also seems to have the best reviews. Got it a few days ago and love the feel of it. It came optics cut for a RMSc red dot and extended threaded barrel. Now to find some affordable ammunition. Lol. Any of you have something in 5.7? What’s your impressions?

  4. sold and shipped I have Holosun 507K X2 up for sale. Glass is in great shape as well as the optic minus a little wear on the front from mounting the optic. This is the red version with dot and 32 moa circle. Comes with box, battery, instructions, and screws. I can’t find the Holosun screw driver. $200 in South Nashville or North Franklin. Will ship for an extra $10.

  5. My Dead Air Mask that is….. I just picked up the Ruger Precision Rimfire the other day from a member and got the 22/45 a while back as a planned host for the Mask. I’m still waiting on my scope to come in but it’s safe to say I’m in .22lr heaven.

  8. I've often wondered if when God made earth if he made have made another one, five, or ten. Then see differences in morals, advancements, and any other things over time. Maybe there are other worlds out there and maybe some are smarter than us and have advanced more and quicker than us. If so I think they know more about us than we do them.

  10. This is a nice JM Marlin model 336 R.C. made in 1967 so no cross bolt safety. It is chambered in .30-30. The wood is in very good shape and the bluing is still strong. The bore is shiny, and the rifling looks sharp. It has had a sling stud added to the stock and there is one on the fore end band. It is missing the front sight hood. It currently has a Williams Peep sight attached. I am asking $800 $750 without the peep sight. If you want the peep sight, $850. $800 $750. I have decided to keep the peep sight for my 44Mag. I can post photos without the peep sight if wanted. Located in Nashville, for sale to folks 21 and older who can legally own a firearm. TN license or HCP flash. More photos upon request.

  11. SOLD. For all who were fortunate enough to have one of the older Puma sheath knives and remember what using a quality knife felt like, here is your chance to own that quality again. The original owner bought it when he lived in Germany many years ago and never used it. I purchased it from him and have never used it either. I owned a Hunter’s Pal back in the late 70’s but lost it while hunting. I was extremely lucky to find this one but it is such a rare and collectible knife that I decided to sell it to someone who will appreciate the collectors value and I’ll buy a different knife to use for hunting now. If you aren’t familiar with these just do a little research and you’ll see what a deal this is. This one is from late 1984. There’s one on the auction site that begins with “e” that is in the same shape from 1987 and it’s listed for $483. If no one is interested I’ll throw it on the auction site and ask more and will certainly get it. I just hate to ship things and pay the extra fees. Hey, Father’s Day is June 18th. Just sayin…. Need to meet in the Brentwood/surrounding area and cash only. No trades.

  12. I’m unclear on why or how this takes place, but every year, the Nashville Symphony comes to the city park in our little town and plays a concert. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. If you’ve never heard them, don’t cheat yourself. They are amazing!

  23. I think some of the New England states elites are moving to Tennessee. The problem is they are bringing their Blue politics with them along with their wealth to buy politicians and I think they have already bought our Governor. In his first term he was gung-hoe 2nd Amendment supporter and now that he can't run again his politics have done a 180 on a lot of things.

  24. They put those they sentenced to jail to hard labor. They killed the ones who committed violent crimes, they did not let them out. You get that going and we have a lot less problems.

  25. Then it sounds like you issue lies with the judicial system and it’s failings. So why support an unconstitutional abrogation of rights? Especially in a time when the laws are so voluminous and opaque that nearly anyone can be charged and convicted of a crime to have their rights stripped. Why not work to change what’s broken instead of being mad that something got fixed?

  26. All boils down to Bruen and the "New" test to be applied. If there was a law on the books in 1791 you can use it, the further from that date a law is passed, the less value it has for scrutiny on 2nd or 14th Amendment issues. The take away from this case is that the plaintiff is a member of the People, and as such his rights to keep and bear arms is not to be infringed. https://www2.ca3.uscourts.gov/opinarch/212835pen.pdf

  29. Haven't read the judgement so I have to take the article at face value. Especially since the Government take defrauding the Government pretty seriously. And I have always believed that anyone who can legally walk the streets should be able to arm themselves. trouble is, they let a lot of folks walk our streets that shouldn't be breathing our air. Tell me, does a person who has completed their sentence have less value?

  33. The folks in that town are going to be biased. They’re the ones he struck against. That said it would not surprise me if folks thought he was an ass. An easygoing guy isn’t gonna take it to the extremes that Marvin did. He’s gonna fight the whole way when he feels as if he’s been wronged. He isn’t admired for being likable, he’s admired for having had enough of a government’s bullsht and taking it to them.

  34. "The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. The moment the Men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these Men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people's door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy... but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the Men who just wanted to be left alone." ^^^

  35. TVA campground at Pickwick is nice, I personally don't care for the sites at the state park. A lot of people fish at the spillway area of the dam. Good catfish restaurants around but will require a little driving. Battlefield is close and very peaceful especially during the week.

  37. I used to have a ton of the large desiccant packs strewn throughout my safe when it was in the garage. I never had any issues with moisture. Now it’s in the house, but I still keep some of the packs in there to be on the safe side

  38. as a relatively low cost/low hassle option I use the EVA DRY bundle. It comes with two separate units I can place in different parts of my safe and they "charge" for about 2 hours and are then good for a month or two. Doesn't matter if I lose power, there is no mechanical parts to break, and if for some reason something goes bad its $50 to get a new pair ($25 each) so it's pretty economical. I have had this for coming up on 2 years and my safe has zero problems despite being in my garage which is usually open to outside air with me working out of it.

  39. You know, while I live in the country, have a horse farm and love shooting, I have never hunted, (go figure). Anyway, it seems that the 270 is one of the most popular deer hunting rounds. I suppose it packs the necessary knock down power combined with a good flat trajectory. Am I correct on those being the traits that are most valued?
