Saturday morning after golf I lucked out and was able to buy several cases of ammo. On the way home, I stopped at the gas station where a drop-dead gorgeous blonde was filling up her car at the next pump. She looked at the ammo in the back of my car and said in a very sexy voice, "I'm a big believer in barter, big boy". "Would you be interested in trading sex for ammo?" I thought about it for a few seconds and asked, "What kinda ammo ya got?" Found it on Saiga 12, posted by Cobra, makes a good adapter for putting a choke on your S12.5 points

Well this is exactly gossip central. That's why we post articles and then speculates as to their events. I just told my wife as she read the story to me. I said "he is married and she is married, what was he doing at her house at 10pm?" As a married man I try to keep a hedge around myself to prevent any misconduct whether real or perceived by others. That would include being at a married woman's house alone.4 points

Keep in mind that you can have no more than three (3) ounces of TGO onboard, and it MUST be in a clear bottle inside a clear plastic ziploc bag. Oh, and the boxcutter edition of TGO is strictly prohibited. Be sure to remove your shoes and belt before logging on.3 points

All I got to say is they better pick the jury right or he's screwed. You go out of here and on other forums not related to guns and listen to how folks view this case and you'll see what I mean. It's all about race and guns are bad to half of America.3 points

Chill out there high speed, if you look back I was responding to someone else's post. If you read even further back I pose that the circumstances may have been out of context, but there is still no excuse for another man to be with your wife drinking wine, alone, after hours.3 points

The best way to avoid such situations is to not marry a whore. I've seen more marriages than I can count fail when I was in the Army, and I saw it all coming from a mile away. It isn't hard to identify certain personality traits in women to determine which ones are likely to sleep around. I would find it almost silly when some dude acted surprised that his wife was a slut; if it's obvious to everyone else, how can it not be obvious to the person married to her? I know the answer to that question, it just blows my mind every time I see it.3 points

Wow, I can't believe how tolerant you are. No way I'd let her have a suitcase.3 points

10:30 at night, drinking wine together? Yeah, perhaps there is a reasonable explanation, but those facts point to something else. If I came home unexpected to find another man in my home having wine with my wife, there's gonna be some problems. Furthermore, any man should know better than to be in that situation in the first place. That's how people get shot... case in point.3 points

Possible. You've been around here long enough to know that we speculate on everything until the facts come out. With that said, some of us have been the angry husband, the one being chased by an angry husband, or both. Those experiences give you some perspective.2 points

It works like this, Francis... I firmly cling to my right to make inappropriate snap judgements, gossip about things I have no expertise on, and pretend my opinion is the only one that counts...even, if I turn out to be wrong, am forced to backpedal, end up changing my opinions once more facts come to light, and make a total ass of myself in the process. You have the right to do otherwise and even tell me I'm an ass before I'm proven wrong as long as I get to say "see, I told you so" if my early predictions, prognostications, wild-ass guesses, and prejudice turn out to be right. Sound fair? ;) ...I'm just messing w/ ya2 points

I have been to plenty of meetings after trade shows in homes, restaurants, bars and even Hotel rooms, business women were even sometimes present. I don’t care if he was hitting it on the floor of the trade show; there is absolutely no justification for what this chicken chit did. He left a whole bunch of victims including his own kid; and then took the easy way out.2 points

Yup. They used to do that a lot with Beanie Baby shipments back in the '90's... today it would be a shipment of .22LR. :jester:2 points

You know I've known quite a few "immoral" women in my life as well. Those were good times. Hell, if I were to find out my wife were ballin' some other guy, my first thought would be along the lines of "my turn! I'm heading out to get some strange myself."2 points

But, we don't know the details. Wifey could have been diddlin' the whole town, and the guy finally snapped. I'm with you... not gonna ruin my life over an immoral woman. I've run into way too many of them to take them seriously.2 points

It appears to me Feinstein exhibits paranoid delusional behavior. I would suggest she is the one suffering from mental illness and should be prohibited from holding any public office and certainly should be banned from participating in the introduction of any legislation. She also may be affected by PTSD. Practically Total Stupidity Disorder.2 points

You've seen those rich tycoons that light cigars with hundred dollar bills. Well I now know how they must feel. With such pretty weather this afternoon I indulged myself and did a little plinking with a .22 rifle and a pistol. I shot off mite near 200 rounds. Man was it grand. There's nothing better than livin' large. I can only imagine how the peasants live. Sic. .... back to beans and rice tomorrow.1 point

OK. I was confused if you were joking because in the video it looked like you told your wife to post one. It's nothing personal. I got plenty of penalties today. I just wanted to figure out if I need to shoot my XD next time. I had a great time today even though I managed to forget the IDPA cof rules after shooting steel outlaw in Dickson. What do you mean I can't shoot the hostage?!?! :)1 point

Not sure about the lanterns, but the lights in the table are powered by a cable that runs under the couch, I believe. This link has the plans on how the guy built it. http://blog.aimsurplus.com/mosin-nagant-rifle-crate-coffee-table/1 point

Here is the ESP Rule: EXCLUDED Modifications (NON-Inclusive list): 1. Full length dust covers of carbon or stainless steel What part of the FLDC is an external "modification"? Did it come from the factory that way....Yes. BTW... from pg. 21 of the rulebook: Pistols approved for SSP may also be used in ESP and CDP depending upon caliber, even if the pistol in question has a fulllength dust cover. However, should the pistol in question have a modification that removes it from SSP, it must meet all other division criteria for ESP or CDP, again depending upon caliber. Just needs to make weight. Below is an excerpt from the IDPA Rules Clarification section on www.idpaforum.com Robert, Part 1: The question frequently comes up as to what constitutes a full length dust cover (FLDC). There is a "word of mouth" clarification from you that says: a dust cover longer than 3.25" from the rear of the trigger pin slide stop pin to the end of the dust cover is considered full length. Is this correct? Part 1 At this time there is no true definition for FLDC. The 3.25 is an option we are looking at but it include its own problems. It only works well on 1911 platform guns. Part 2: For a gun with a steel FLDC to be legal, it must meet all of the SSP requirements. I assume this includes being double action, DAO, or safe action. Correct? Part 2 Correct, it must be in a SSP legal configuration to be legal. You could start it cocked and locked for ESP but it must have the DA ability. I hope that I am clear. No, "notwithstanding" means "despite" or "regardless of" -- ie, that any contrary provisions in those statutes mentioned are superseded, and do not apply to the circumstances allowed in the new bill when codified. - OS1 point

There are knives for less than 100. http://www.bladehq.com/cat--Side-Opening-Automatics--40?sort_by=price_each I would wait if I were you. The law hasn't been passed yet and even if it had, it won't take effect until July 1st (I think). As for gravity and inertia knives. See my post below where I'm going to outline all of the parts of the bill. Not yet. Law hasn't been passed.1 point

I would like to say that I think SW has done an awesome job. The clearly stressed employees juggle the phone, the firearms, the reloading, the ammo, etc and patiently answer the same questions over and over for however many hours per day, week after week. They were one of the first to put limits in place which has really helped to spread the supply around. They have not price gouged. Again, though the first week or 2 of the crisis were a bit hectic, still an awesome job!1 point
