  1. Too little too late.  They've let this muzzy filth into their country for years.  Let them infiltrate and do what those rats do best.  Now, they have to live with it.  They're worse than the clap, take a shot, it goes away for a time.....then....it's back again.     We haven't seen anything yet.  These sick pukes have only just begun.

  10.   The odds that anyone left in military or even political service in France was there during WWII are astronomically against it.  With that in mind, and based on what I have read of the current generation of France's fighting forces written by members of our own elite forces (Rangers, SEALs, etc), running and surrendering are not in their vocabulary.   I know, the fact that France's political leaders rolled over and played dead for Hitler in WW2 makes for an easy target and a funny joke.  It's also disingenuous to their modern warfighters and, frankly, kind of tired and old.   What we should be throwing jabs about is the fact that France seriously restricts private gun ownership in that country and none of that gun control was worth a hill of beans in these most recent terrorist attacks.  Even the police are given the option to carry or not to carry a sidearm, and many of them reportedly opt not to.  Why in the world?!?   I suspect some officers may change their minds after this.

  16. I've read on a few boards that Fenix service sucks so I was apprehensive when I tried to call about a problem. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and put me in contact with the right person to solve my problem. The light wasn't under warranty anymore and the problem was my own creation (left alkaline batteries in my LD 41 too long and they leaked). The battery carrier was eaten up with corrosion. I hoped to send it in for a fee and get it fixed because it's been a good light and not a cheap one. She hooked me up with the battery carrier at no charge and I got it in 2 days. Problem solved, I would buy another Fenix anytime. Good light, good service. Let there be light!

  23. The French have been a US ally for a long time.  We would have had a harder time gaining independence if the French did not get into the conflict.  They practically went broke helping us fight the British during the revolutionary war.  They gave us the Statute of Liberty and we helped them in WW1 and WW2.

  24. I can't substantiate this but it's my belief there will be lots of converts in the coming years.  Not religious converts mind you..."I need an excuse" converts.  Sick people looking for justification to live out their psychopathic fantasies.  They see the trend of goat humpers getting away with it and often little or no punishment.     Now we see people die because they drew a comic strip.  WHAT?  A comic character led to murder?  Well, anyone with an axe to grind can claim the cause of Jihad and kill the object of their disgust.  It wasn't even a particularly disrespectful comic.  Certainly nothing like South Park and others do to Jesus Christ.     I wish I could draw and post it on the world scene.  How about a cross eyed rabbi circumcising mohammed with a butter knife?       I'm usually pretty indifferent.  I don't care about race, creed or color.  I think everyone is equally worthless.  BUT, I give ragheads a gold star.  [preferably a 6 point star with a circle]  They can all fertilize the soil for my part.

  28. I don’t care if they are pit bulls, Dobermans, Labs, or poodles; you should not have to be concerned about the safety of your children because of dogs running loose; especially on your own property. Your neighbor is irresponsible and should have his dogs taken away. Unfortunately the dogs have to pay the price for the reckless acts of owners. It shows that we have to have laws because of the people that can’t act responsibly on their own.

  33. Here's 3 of ours. Top is Ruby Belle, she is the little blind puppy that my wife found on the side of the road at about 5 pounds soaking wet (literally since it was pouring rain that evening). She of course has grown like a weed and is doing great. Her and Roman are definitely married, loving eachother one minute, fighting the next  Middle is Jake, he's a mix of some sort and is too big for his britches but minds pretty good. He and Roman also like to sumo wrestle 90% of the time they are awake. And of course the bottom is Roman (my big feller). Most of y'all have followed him from the time he was a little feller so I'll include a picture if him then too. Only because I love him so much :) And we have one more, he's Momma's dog. Ryley sits at her feet like a cat 99.9% of the time. He growls at me when I chomp my teeth at him......so I do it a lot! :) He's a mean lil $@#%! Here's when he could lay on my neck without causing severe cramps lmao! Mr Big Shot himself!

  36. May I just ask why it is even allowed for Ron to be posting these vile and disgusting links? When I signed up for my membership I was given a list of how to conduct myself of this forum. This man has CLEARLY violated most of the things NOT to do. This is beyond ignorant, hateful and just plain stupid. Clearly anything he posts is just meant to instigate and provoke people. The Bronco forum that I am a member of if because we all love our Broncos, we talk about other things like this site. But I have NEVER seen someone conduct himself in a manner like this man. Clearly they do not have curfews at the home and Matlock reruns aren't on. I'm sorry Ron is bored and has nothing better to do, but posting videos and links like he is doing should not be allowed. He's making a mockery of not only himself, but this forum as well.

  38. Another thread got me to thinking about this. Levels of Skill *Unconscious Incompetence Your skill level is bad and you don't even know how bad. This is dangerous not only because of poor skills, but also because of the accompanied false sense of security. Many times on Day 1 of training I've heard, "I didn't know how much I didn't know." *Conscious Incompetence Your skill level is bad, but there is some self-awareness. Learning begins here, IMO. *Conscious Competence Your skills are getting good, but you still have to think about it too much. Things are still not honed to "auto-pilot" levels and in a fight, ideally, you should be "fight focused," not "gun focused." *Unconscious Competence What you should strive for. The ability to shoot, reload, clear malfunctions, etc. is second nature / "auto-pilot" allowing you to dedicate more brainpower to solving your problem before it solves you. This is where the guys from Delta, SEAL 6, extremely dedicated civvies, etc. are. An honest assessment will help you in the long run. Where are you? BTW, I first heard this from Pat Rogers and I thought it was pretty good.

  40. Before I start, Ive been rather stressed lately, and just need a place to vent after the idiocy I had to deal with last night at work. So I was showing my new shotgun to my brother in law whom I work with. Its an 18.5" cylinder bore Mossberg 500. Another guy we work with wandered up while were talking and starts giving unsolicited advice. First I said I still needed to drill and tap and add the front bead, which he informs me is stupid because you don't need to aim a shotgun, just point and shoot. I mention that a shot spread is gonna be very small at short distance, and that the myth of the street sweeper patterns isn't really true. He then mentions my pet peeve. He said a pump shotgun is his favorite for home defense because the sound of the pump racking will cause an attacker to run in fear. Why do people claim this? All you do when you rack the gun is slow yourself down and identify your location. He just wouldn't accept the fact that racking a shotgun wouldn't immediately cause any human on earth to faint or run in fear. Well, rant over. What myths have you heard about firearms and shooting that really grind you?

  41. I know. I was making a joke about how much real world experience he actually has. Does anyone know if he ever competed in the shooting sports, like 3 gun or similar competitions? Just curious if he actually has a background in what actually works or if he just decided to separate himself from the pack with his unique way of doing things. Not the first time it has happened. One of the biggest phonies is Pat Rogers. Most of his claims have been proven to be false but he sure marketed himself well. He is another person who will never see a dime of mine not anyone who associates with him.

  42. Reports of 4 hostages dead.  It makes me appreciate our recognized 2nd ammendment rights.  I wish those 4 hostages had the same recognition and some choice in if or how they died today.   It seems like the police did a good job in keeping this ordeal contained to 48hrs.  but....  It would stink to be held hostage and be at the mercy of the terrorist AND the police - both with urgent business - in which you are a number... with a value that is not equal to the big picture.  That's not the fault of police; it is just reality, and it is just one more reason why the right to bear arms is a very, very important, basic human right.

  47. You filed a form 1 to "make" a title 2 firearm.. you then become the maker.. in your eyes you're just assembling the thing but the receiver is actually making a beautiful tranformation ... kinda like when a caterpillar turns into a butterfly ;o)   You can choose to use any engraving that's already there and we often do .. serial, make, model, caliber,etc.. but you could in turn create a whole new serial # as well.   You'll find a lot in this arena doesn't make much sense.  Come in and drink the kool-aid though\   And coming from a 07/02 who's been dabbling in NFA for almost 30 years now, you ARE required to engrave your information.  There are even ATF agents that will tell you differently but as a manuf in the industry that IS the requirements.  Now I've never seen anyone get in trouble for omitting this solely, it has been applied several times as tack on charges... if they're after you they're going to look at anything they can .. but yeah I've had the folks come in and argue until they're blue in the face it's not necessary because they read it on this board or that board.

  49.   I see a distinction between cooperating with the police and voluntarily surrendering your rights. If I get pulled over for speeding and the cop asks to see my license and registration, I will hand them over without a word said. He is perfectly within his rights to demand proof of licensure, insurance, and registration. If he then asks if he can search my vehicle, why should I let him? It has absolutely nothing to do with why he pulled me over. Should I voluntarily submit to a body cavity search as well just so I can say that I "cooperate with the police"? Should I also invite him back to my house to do a warrentless search on my property? Hell, why stand up for any of my rights. I should just go ahead and surrender my firearm too, because if I'm going to voluntarily surrender my 4th and 5th Amendment rights, what value do my 2nd Amendment rights have?
