Id be interested in several of these, but im not going thru the hassle of guessing models and pming for price. The proper and faster way would be to list each gun with its model and price, Its really not that hard.

I really think Ruger erred when they discontinued the SR series. They are really good pistols.

I generally try to keep this kind of chit chat out of the classifieds and stick to PM's for conversations pertaining to the item in question. That's respect for the rules put in place by TGODavid. But I do thank you @derffor the suggestion. However in this instance NOT responding openly and publicly in this ad may give some newer members on here the impression I am attempting to hide something and I certainly don't want that. I won't go into debate here but my take on having a license is operating with the sole purpose of profit and doing so frequently. Most if not all the firearms I have listed on here currently I can place the year or near the year they were purchased and a lot of times where and who they came from. For instance this RIA came from the Quinn family of the famous online site Gunblast and the famous Jeff Quinn. the Kahr Mk9 on here was bought in the late 90's, the 59 2014. I could go on but you get the picture. There are several on here that know my passion and help feed it lol. And for that I am most grateful. As to having "soo many" I truly hope we never get to the point where we have a definition of how many we can have. I do ask that no one " BOB " this ad and respond here. If it helps anyone else, I picked up NordVPN yesterday. Playing with it still, but after adding to Desktop, iPhone, and Firestick its seems pretty good. Not seeing any decrease in speed to my fiber connection on speedtests. Love seeing geoblocking is no longer a worry. Uncensored news and the UK library for TV streaming! Look forward to the roadracing season starting up.

To put it in perspective: I have a friend who owns property on the plateau. It's a couple of hours drive & he does have hogs. I've killed a few up there over the years. I can spend a week on his place & maybe kill a pig. Or, I can drive 12 hours to east Texas, 10 to central Florida, 6 to South Georgia or 4 to central Alabama, spend a day or two there & fill my truck bed.

I think the main thing here is how the spotlights are blinding people as they drive by the Deputy/Officer/Trooper or whoever. I dont do it and neither do anyone else I know. I haven't seen it either when driving on interstates. People saying that they are doing it to see if you have seat belts on ? Man, you must have some good eyes because there's no way I could see inside a moving vehicle and determine anything if a vehicles is going 70+mph in the dark with a blinding light shining on it for a fraction of a second. At very rare times LEO will spot light cars to check for certain ones if they are looking for a felony suspect that has just happened near that area and the make color and model of the car is know that the suspect left in. But just sitting in he median or road side with the light on is a hazzard to drivers and could blind them. I would say it's accidental and the person left it turned on. I have did it before with overhead lights. But if this is a repeated thing over and over again i say it's intentional and you could call 911 and say that a unit in the area is blinding drivers with a spotlight turned on.

Here's mine. A Winchester Model 70 Featherweight Classic in 280 Remington. It's killed a LOT of deer since I bought it 30+ years ago. Show me yours.

Just picked up one. Nice pistol. Comes with regular 3-dot sights (rear is height adjustable), two 17 round magazines. Mags are made in Italy and look like Mec-Gar with anti friction coating. Pistol has a external safety (ambi) and magazine disconnect. The loaded chamber indicator is on top of the slide and sticks up quite a bit with a round chambered. None of this really bothers me and the mag disconnect is easy to remove if so desired. Pistol has good accuracy and is easy to shoot well. Grip is thinner than a lot of similar pistols. Full take down requires punches/hammer so not as easy as some others. Field strip does not require a trigger pull but you must push the ejector down to remove the slide, and either pull it up or insert a mag to raise the ejector back into operational position when reassembled. Overall a decent pistol and after 600 rounds there has been no pistol related problems This pistol is as accurate or a little more so than my Glock 48, which I like a lot and carry. May put the Ruger SR9 into carry rotation.

Glock 27 gen 4 with three standard mags and one glock 23 mag with a sleeve to give your more grip. Two of the standard mags and the 23 mag is full of duty/SD ammo. Also has night sights, Truglo I believe. Unknown round count I have had this for several years but works perfect. I only have one of the backstraps that came with. Also the standard box. $450 OBO. Face to face near Goodlettsville must be legal to possess and own a firearm and be a TN resident.

Like Handsome Rob said, Tn. does have some but, they're not as common as in other states. In a lot of areas, they are spread out a lot. And can sometimes be hard to find. They move around quite a bit too.

Funny thing. I found out earlier this week that the brand new tag I picked up on Feb 11 was marked as expiring Jan 31. You know. 11 days before I got it. The county clerks office is supposed to be sending me a new registration card and sticker but the 5-0 didnt stop me for it. The guard didnt want to let me on base though.

You hit the nail on the head regarding a Pro model of the SR9. Everyone I talk to who owned or carried the SR9 things that would have been a significant upgrade and good seller. The SR series were better guns than both of the following offerings from Ruger.

I'd may be helpful to get specific timeframes on the anecdotes. The only time I hit up Walther was after ordering a new standard barrel to swap into my Q4 tac when I found a problem with it. They asked for a pic, sent me label within the hour, and a new barrel arrived 3 days later. Around Nov '18. Generally had pretty nice service within the industry for the handful of times I've had to deal with something. Overall I have found Springfield to be the most consistent overtime, always top marks for me. Sig is the most spoty, base on who you get and day they are having. S&W wheel guns are not something I will buy online anymore, only in person with feeler gauges in hand to check their barrel fitting since they no longer seem to check forcing cone gaps or if a barrel is clocked right. Generally it does seem that QC in the last 3 to 5 years has slipped. But to be fair, I have bought a lot more guns over the last 3 years compared to the prior 10 since moving away from a restricted blue state where I could not buy those guns.

Late to the party here but my SR9 has been my EDC for over 3 years. I didn't realize Ruger discontinued it. Boo to Ruger. Are you carrying yours and still liking it, @DWARREN123? I use a hybrid IWB crossbreed holster and carrying the SR9 is super comfortable to me pretty much regardless of circumstances. The safety is the only thing I dislike since I don't want one and don't use it. I could do without the loaded chamber indicator but it doesn't bother me. To me, a "pro" model would be nice, like the LC9s pro which I also own. I think they could've done a number of things to reduce the manufacturing cost if that was a factor in their decision but who am I to say what they should've done. Haha!

Alabama, Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas...... Tennessee does have hogs, but they're not as common as people think & hunting them is tough. We're close enough that it's far more convenient to hunt them where they actually are, than try to find them where they might be.

Department of Safety sent a squad to the Sponsor's office to try and insist he pull the bill. Their stance was that they (most likely Commissioner Jeff Long and his sidekick Terry Ashe) did not want people walking around with AKs and ARs (even though 37 other states allow loaded long gun carry sans permits and 2 others with a permit). When he showed them a picture of an AR Pistol and told them it was legal now to carry the same action with a short barrel, easily concealable, they told him no, you could not...and yes, you can. Would I, no, but can I legally, yes indeed. Were they trying to bluff, or are they that uneducated as to the facts?

While the current demand appears to be different from demand spikes in the last 20 years, the “normal” powder demand for the U.S. would not support an additional manufacturing plant. Most companies cannot afford to build a new production facility and then have it sit idle until demand spikes. An additional complicating factor would be locating this plant – there are only a handful of these facilities in North America and none have been built in the last 30 years. WHY CAN’T HODGDON SHIP MORE POWDER? As we’ve shared in many responses to our social audience, this is a demand issue and not a supply issue. Demand for ALL ammunition and reloading components is at historic levels. The fact is we continue to ship more powder to our customers, but this powder is quickly purchased by end consumers as soon as it is offered for sale. WHY IS HODGDON SELLING POWDER TO AMMUNITION MANUFACTURERS? Our focus is the handloading enthusiast. Yes, we sell some powder to strategic, mostly smaller ammunition manufacturers, but that is a small part of our business. The heart of our business is smokeless powder for the handloading enthusiast. Every day, we receive calls from potential OEM customers who are looking for powder to load in ammunition. Every day, we politely decline this new business so we can focus on our long-term customers and sales channels and most importantly, our costumers who have supported us for decades. WHY IS HODGDON SELLING POWDER ON AUCTION SITES? Hodgdon does not sell powder on any online auction sites. We sell through traditional sales channels to wholesalers, retailers and dealer customers. While we recently began selling direct-to-consumer on our own websites, we prioritize our shipments to our traditional sales channels to maximize powder availability at sporting goods and gun shops everywhere. No, but I’ve known him for a decade or three. ‘Bob is Bob’ is the best I can offer as to his online & offline persona. The Walther magazine issue was a year ago, and I even started a thread in the Walther forum about it. That place is a mausoleum so I basically talked to & updated the issues to myself.

I'm going to be honest. I stopped reading his comments a long time ago. There are certain members that cause my eyes to glaze over and I just go to the next comment. If others do that to my posts I won't be offended.
